RealTrends released the 2026 rankings. I placed #66 in San Francisco and in the top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the country.

Here's the number that actually matters if you're selling: in 2025, my listings closed at an average of 109.67% of asking.

That is not the norm at the top of this market. Last year most San Francisco homes above $3M sold for less than list. Getting above asking came down to pricing it right the first time, preparing the property properly, and knowing which buyers to put in the room.
