A look back at where this new chapter began.

In May, Luis Moran officially joined SERHANT. and received this warm welcome from Ryan Serhant on day one.

Another one sold.

We're excited to celebrate the successful closing of our second residence in this five-unit Pacific Heights building.

After just one weekend of showings, the home attracted a strong offer and is officially off the market.

One of the advantages of experience is knowing the details that don't always show up in the marketing materials. Having successfully closed another home in this same building just two months ago, we were able to bring firsthand knowledge of the property, a strong working relationship with the HOA, and valuable insight to help our clients navigate the process with confidence.

This also marks our fifth closing in Lower Pacific Heights and Pacific Heights over the past three months, a reflection of the relationships we've built and our continued focus on one of San Francisco's most sought-after neighborhoods.

A huge thank you to Elena Hamner for her dedication and partnership throughout this transaction. Having the right team behind every client makes all the difference.
