2️⃣ The property is located in a flood zone, but surprisingly, the HOA’s master insurance policy didn’t include flood coverage, which made the deal even trickier.

But here's how we got it DONE:
�✅ I connected the buyer with a local lender who was experienced with SB 326 and could get the loan across the finish line.�
✅ I found a private flood insurance provider so we could meet lender requirements and protect the buyer's investment.�
✅ We negotiated a discounted price, turning what could have been a deal-breaker into a win for my client.
