Want to be my neighbor? I live closer to the top of the hill and this home is closer to Golden Gate Park. I would walk by this home on my way to concerts in the park or going for a walk. Some minor improvements have been made since I first saw the inside when it sold a few years back. Let's find a buyer that would want to live on 42nd ave. This is a good block to be on this close to the park. It does not have as much traffic as 43rd ave coming in to the neighborhood from the park.
