First off thanks' for stopping by and learning more about me. I'm a native San Franciscan born & raised. With ties, all throughout the Bay Area its allowed me to build a successful network of individuals with various types of backgrounds. For those who know me personally know that I'm a man of faith above everything, then family, then business.
If someone were to ask me what are some of my top quality traits that embody who I am as an individual it would include: my keen sense of determination, extremely goal oriented, focused, attention to detail, honesty, respectful, fanatic of personal development, team player, I love public speaking, and grateful. Having owned several of my own companies in the Leadership Development and Coaching arena I feel bringing that into the Real Estate Industry is truly key when servicing my clients.
I understand that every situation is different and with that in mind by building a solid relationship and listening to my clients my team and myself can lead them with their goals in mind from the start. When establishing a connection with people one of my favorite quotes in life is, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." Truly believing in that I feel one of the most grateful aspects of who we are is having the ability to transform clients into my friends first. While creating true relationships that literally last a lifetime.
Why I love Real Estate:
Recently returning to the industry, I originally began my career in real estate in 2005, specializing in the pre-foreclosure market and rehabs spanning over $25 million in transactions. Our focus at that time was working with various investors, and together we purchased and remodeled homes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, So. Cal, Sacramento, and the Atlanta Georgia area.
Always having had a love for Real Estate, I decided to get back into the industry to do what feeds my passion – to serve clients and what better way to do so than as a Realtor focused on helping clients find their dream homes in San Francisco, Oakland, and the surrounding areas.

Meet in person & create a wish list: Let’s get to know each other! We’ll sit down, talk through the process of buying a home with tour team, and dive into your dream home.
Pre-Qualification: Once you get pre-approved the lender will tell you the specific mortgage amount you are approved for.
Customized Listing Alerts: You’ll get notifications about the listings that you’re most likely to be excited about. Be sure to let us know if one (or more) jumps out at you so that we can move on to the next step and schedule a private viewing.
Schedule Private Viewings & Attend Open Houses: This is when the buying process gets really fun! We’ll go to open houses and schedule viewings from the listing alerts you loved. We’ll make sure that we find you the perfect home.
Find Your Perfect Home & Make an Offer: 3 things can happen when putting in an offer on a house: the offer is accepted, it’s rejected, or you get a counteroffer. We’ll walk you through each of those possibilities and how to handle them. When the offer is accepted, it’s time to get your financing in order and move forward to the next step!
Acceptance, Appraisal & Inspections: Your offer is accepted, and the home is going through appraisal and inspection. These are the last steps before you get the keys to your home! The appraisal guarantees that the price of the home matches the condition of the home. The inspection makes sure that everything in the home is functioning properly and there are no major issues inside.
Time to Close & Get Keys: It’s time to dot the i’s and cross the t’s because you’re closing on your home! This process includes going through all of the final paperwork and finally signing.
