🌉 The San Francisco housing market continues to gain momentum.

Home and condo prices posted strong year-over-year growth in April, while properties continued to sell quickly across the city. Single-family homes spent an average of just 17 days on the market, and both home and condo sales saw notable increases compared to last year.

Strong buyer demand and steady market activity continue to create opportunities for both buyers and sellers throughout San Francisco.
