1.-You’ve outgrown your house. You may have a growing family and need more bedrooms. Either adding on to the house isn’t an option, or it won’t add value to your home.
2.-You are moving in with significant other. It may be time for a change with a double vanity or an extra bedroom for your new roommate’s belongings.
3.-You are tired of the yard work. Maybe you are retiring or traveling a lot and don’t want to keep up with the house work.
4.-You notice a spike in crime. Especially if you have children, this may be the time to get out of there.
