Wrapping up a killer triplex in Brewerytown! Super excited how this one turned out. What a journey!
From buying it with problem tenants in it, to doing cash for keys and getting them out, to scope of work changes and switching contractors this one had a ton of challenges but it’s all worth it here at the end. Probably one of the nicer location properties I have in the Philadelphia area and will continue to appreciate on top of some big monthly income!
