Here’s a quick guide to the big events you won’t want to miss:
✈️ Fleet Week & Blue Angels The main event! Catch the air show over the Waterfront/Pier 39 area. The Blue Angels typically take flight between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
🇮🇹 Italian Heritage Parade Celebrate in the heart of North Beach! The parade kicks off Sunday at 12:30 PM at the foot of Jefferson and Stockton Streets, winding its way through the neighborhood to Washington Square Park. Expect plenty of music, energy, and local pride.
🌅 Indigenous Peoples’ Day Sunrise Gathering A powerful tradition on Alcatraz Island. The gathering begins early Monday morning, with ferries departing Pier 33 starting at 5:00 AM to honor the history and resilience of Indigenous peoples.

August numbers are in for Cumberland, York and Sagadahoc Counties.🏡
As we head from summer into fall🍁🍂Maine’s market continues to show strength, but we’re also seeing the normal seasonal shift. Buyers have a bit more choice, while well-priced, well-presented homes are still getting plenty of attention.
Fall can be a great window for both buyers and sellers—there are serious buyers still in the market, but typically a little less of the frenzy we see during the height of summer.

I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately, taking some time to reset and dig deep into the two places I call home, Maine and San Francisco. We had an exciting summer with my daughter and her long-time love Zach getting engaged💍 We had a lot of time on the water with Ben & Elsa at home for much of the summer!🥰 My bother Chad and his wife Lacey had their first child, Jack 😍 Lots of partying with friends near and far, eating oysters and lobster, and summer fun!☀️🛥️Whether I’m navigating the hills of San Francisco or the rocky coast of Maine, my passion for finding people their perfect “here” hasn’t changed.
