Her interest in real estate sales stems from her ~25 years in real estate development, building and refurbishing homes in San Francisco and Marin Counties. This experience enables her to bring critical resources to her client’s move, whether it’s designing an addition or simply changing the carpet to yield a better sale price. She can call on reliable, professional and skilled talent to deliver quality results. Before her successful real estate career, Marian worked in the technology sector initially as a Systems Engineer at IBM, then became the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for an international software firm, honing skills in negotiating licensing and acquisition contracts. She leverages this experience using sharp listening skills, attention to detail and thorough data analysis, and helps avoid issues by anticipating roadblocks. Today Marian is well recognized as one of the best skilled negotiators in the business. After residing in Woodside in the heart of the Silicon Valley, Marian raised her two girls in San Francisco, and then moved her family to Marin County where they reside today. She is very familiar with important decision elements of her clients’ moves, such as weather and traffic patterns, and local public and private schools.
