Under contract!

Good houses still move fast, especially the ones that are priced right and show well.

This one had the location, the light, and a layout people immediately connected with.

The market’s changed, but demand for the right home really hasn’t.

Big moves don’t start with headlines.
They start with quiet conversations, closed rooms, and long-term intent.

A 325-year-old institution doesn’t just “expand.”
It chooses where the future is being built — and moves closer to it.

If Yale comes to San Francisco, it won’t just add a campus.
It will add gravity.
And everything around it will slowly begin to shift.

Mother’s Day brunch in San Francisco is more than a meal — it’s a ritual the city takes seriously.

Waterfront views, fine dining rooms, and intimate neighborhood gems all fill up weeks in advance.

The only wrong reservation is the one you didn’t make.

"Can’t say enough good things…” - and moments like this say it all.

Helping first-time buyers move quickly in San Francisco’s competitive market, while making sure they feel informed and confident every step of the way, is what truly matters.

So grateful to have been part of this journey 🤍

What if the real magic of San Francisco starts after sunset… ✨
Across the city, night markets are bringing people back to the streets—turning small businesses into local icons and neighborhoods into experiences.
This isn’t just culture coming back.
It’s community… rebuilding itself in real time.
Could this change where you’d want to live in SF? 👇

Some homes you have to convince yourself about.
This isn’t one of them.

1452 Waller St, San Francisco
The kind of place people don’t “think about” for long.

Waiting for the San Francisco market to slow down? You might be waiting a while… 👀

2026 has started strong- with inventory down 30–40%, and nearly 64% of homes selling over asking, jumping to 77% for single-family homes. And if you find a home you like? You’ve got about 13–15 days to decide.

This isn’t a cooling market… it’s a competitive one.
Are you ready to move fast when the right home shows up? 👇
