After graduating from The University of Chicago with a degree in Asian Literature and the Japanese language, I moved to San Francisco to live on the Pacific Rim. In the process of looking for a job using my language skills, I met a long time Real Estate entrepreneur who taught about the world of real estate. Since then, I have found a new passion in Real Estate and continued to learn and succeed.
My initial position in Real Estate was with the commercial acquisition and management of large properties located in California and Washington. Later, as Vice President of Rental Solutions Relocation, I further learned the complexities of the San Francisco Market. My responsibilities with Vanguard lie largely within the marketing and sales of new construction and development. As Vice President & Director of Sales at Vanguard Properties I work closely with title subdivision, the City and County of San Francisco, condominium and land use attorneys, budget preparers & BRE deputies to assist in the issuance of the final documentation required to sell new developments. Since 2000 I have personally handled and closed over 500 transactions totaling more than $700MM in sales. Since 2010, I have been the #1 agent at Vanguard Properties.
