Who wouldn’t want a soaking tub with this view? Some (me) say this block of Cumberland is one of the best in SF. Wow.

Had a fantastic time showing the two top penthouse units in the Malloch Building, under Coit Tower nicknamed the "ocean liner" built in 1936 designed by father and son architects located at 1360 Montgomery, beautifully preserved art deco details, decks, views, and see the pics for THE best custom dog water bowl in the bathroom and rooftop guest room.

So happy getting this storybook tudor home for my good friend and client in a very competitive market. Congratulations ...
