Just Sold | Buyer Represented
This is yet another story that reminds me exactly why I love what I do.
My clients had been searching for the right home for nearly 2 years. After many weekends, offers, and near misses, they decided it was time to change strategies.
With 10 days of working together, we were in contract on their dream home! The pace was exciting and a genuine thrill.
In a market where exceptional homes often attract multiple offers, preparation matters. We did our homework long before offer day, crafted a thoughtful strategy, built a strong relationship with the listing agent, and positioned my clients as buyers the sellers could feel confident choosing.
In the end, we beat out 6 other buyers and secured an incredible home in San Francisco's beautiful Pine Lake Park neighborhood.
