1) I am a listing agent – I work with sellers to prepare, market and expose their properties on the market. I then negotiate to get them top dollar, while providing excellent customer service the whole way through.
2) I am a selling agent – I work with buyers (first time home buyers, move-up buyers, 1031 exchange buyers, investor clients and contractors) to help them identify opportunities and good matches on the market.
3) I am a leasing agent – I work with landlords to select quality tenants and prepare the lease. I provide rental services and property management. I have both a traditional and web marketing background. I am a savvy Social Media Marketer, have a strong digital presence and am well connected on key social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Zillow, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram). I post regularly on my various networks, where I educate, share and engage with hundreds of fans, connections and followers regarding the real estate market. I began my real estate sales career in 2001 and have received Top Producer recognition awards for my sales achievements.
