Excited to be included on this roundtable panel this evening organized by the San Francisco Association of Realtors with three of my esteemed Realtor colleagues. We will be discussing the finer points of strategizing offer strategies for buyers - of particular note in what’s turning out to be an exceptionally competitive spring market here in the Bay Area. Mingling starts at 5 and the discussion begins at 5:45 at The Great Northern at 119 Utah Street. Tickets are still available. Should be a fun and informative event!

Thrilled to be recognized by Real Trends Verified as a leading agent in San Francisco and in the top 1.5% in production nationwide. This honor would not be possible without all my wonderful clients who trust me, believe in me, always keep me on my toes, and refer me to new wonderful clients - a great source of both pride and humility. I’m so grateful for the support I receive from my incredible brokerage, Sotheby’s International Realty, and grateful that I love what I do!

So proud to be recognized for my work this year. Ultimately, I’ve been lucky to advise the greatest clients I could possibly ask for. 2025 begins my first full year with Sotheby’s International Realty. Just Sold! 2539 18th Avenue, Inner Parkside, San Francisco.

Cheers to our wonderful buyer clients who worked with us to do a tricky cross-country search for the right house where timing was of the essence. A combination of weekend trips from the East Coast and a lot of FaceTime tours resulted in their closing on this really beautiful home less than a month after officially relocating back to SF.

This fully renovated 1935 gem has a gorgeous central terrace, four beds, two baths, a lovely back garden and deck, and a Spanish-Mediterranean exterior. My clients love the walkability to West Portal.

Shout out to my amazing partner and co-agent on this one, Kecia Clark!

Had a client meeting in wine country and decided to make a one night solo celebration out of it. Here’s to my next level career move! Stayed at the charming Boon Hotel + Spa and had a fabulous dinner at Boon in Guerneville, lunch at Blue Ridge Kitchen at the Barlow in Sebastapol. 💗

Just Sold! 324 Baden Street, Sunnyside, San Francisco.

I loved representing the sellers of this wonderful house right at the edge of Sunnyside and Glen Park. Nicest neighbors! This full remodel was a labor of love for my clients, who made design choices that really set the property apart from more typical remodels. Three beds and three baths plus an office, great deck and back yard, warm finishes, attention to detail - and walkable to the village, BART, and the canyon. I had watched the transformation from the start and it was thrilling to help the sellers find the right buyers and hand over the key to their agent!

Just Sold! 369 Pacheco Street, Forest Hill, San Francisco.

Another special sale to buyers in the first quarter - this one a stately 1926 Tudor in Forest Hill. The majestic sunken living room with soaring coffered ceilings epitomizes the grandeur of the era. Elegant leaded windows with cathedral tops and matching doorways in the splendid foyer and hallway are striking. This beautiful home has four bedrooms and four baths, chef’s kitchen, a second prep kitchen, a grand scale family room with a second fireplace, multiple terraces, serene outdoor space, and beautiful views. I’m so happy for my dear buyer clients who were just dipping their toes into looking, until immediately knowing this must be their home. This was a very special key hand off. 🔑💗

Just Sold! 207 Flood Avenue, Sunnyside, San Francisco.

Thrilled to have helped my clients buy this adorable home in Sunnyside. Period details and thoughtful updates combine beautifully. The deck off the kitchen and patio from downstairs lead to a fabulous garden full of mature plants and fruit trees. This property is truly charming throughout but I covet the amazing laundry room. (Because at my age, a great laundry room makes me swoon!) Perhaps most important, the house is right in the middle of the neighborhood where my clients most wanted to be. 💗🏠

Just Sold! 49 Nordhoff Street, Glen Park, San Francisco.

Thrilled for my buyer clients who closed on this gem of a house at the very beginning of the year. Offer date was just four days before Christmas, before the quick recovery that we began seeing by mid-January. As buyers, even though the home received multiple offers, their timing was excellent given that competition for single family homes has grown significantly over the past couple months. This charming home is filled with natural light, has room for expansion, and hands down the largest backyard I’ve ever seen in the neighborhood. Just as I did 12.5 years ago, these wonderful clients moved all the way from a cold and snowy January on the East Coast, and settled right in Glen Park, walking distance from both the village and the canyon.

Shout out to my co-agent on this one, the amazing Mimi Bruce! A true team effort.
