Personal History
My real estate career began 31 yrs ago, when I bought my first home: A 2 bed, 2 bath condo w/ an APR of 9+%! I sold it 5 years later and purchased a 4 bed, 2 bath single family fixer. Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, I also had the pleasure of seeing the design side of real estate. Native to San Francisco, my father, Charles Grebmeier, was a prominent interior designer, who had an incredible talent for design & architecture. In 2004, two partners & I formed an LLC for real estate investments and developments in various areas throughout the U.S. In 2008, I joined the most respected and top producing real estate company in San Francisco: Zephyr Real Estate, now known as Corcoran Global Living, where I obtained my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certification.
