Happy Friday! I want to get the word out about a newer state law, SB326, and other laws that require inspections for some condo buildings. There are ramifications if HOAs don't get them including not being able to refinance or sell your condo.

If you own a condo in a building with at least 3 units, the HOA is required to do an Exterior, Elevated, and Elements (EEE) inspection including balconies, decks, walkways and more every 9 years under a new state law. If you live in SF, you are required to also do a similar more rigorous
