According to National Association of REALTORS's survey (NAR)

When asked about selling a home, seller’s agents agreed that: Properties that were staged spent less time on the market. 81% agreed that having photos was more important since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially since 97% of buyers consulted with family members during the buying process, even though these family members wouldn’t live in the home. Photos with staging are essential to show scale and liveability to viewers who cannot tour a property in person.
The dollar value offered by buyers increased by an average of 3% when the home was staged.

From a buyer’s agent perspective: An overwhelming 93% agreed that staging has an effect on buyer’s view of the home. 82% agreed that staging helped buyer’s envision the property as a future home.

In short, staging helps buyers create a connection with a home, resulting in quicker sales and high offers.

The city is also reconsidering its plans to reopen indoor museums, zoos, aquariums, outdoor swimming pools, gyms, real estate open houses and personal services, Colfax said. The city plans to make an announcement by the end of the week.

"We need these numbers to go down." Outdoor bars and indoor restaurants will not be allowed to reopen as planned on July 13, San Francisco Mayor London Breed announced.
