This is the part of the job most people don’t see.

Comment START and let’s talk about your next move in San Francisco, California.

Being great realtors in San Francisco, California isn’t about showing houses. It’s about the hundred small decisions happening behind every transaction that our clients never have to think about.

The closed toilet seats. The chopped pillows. The pricing research at 10pm. The offer analysis. The inspection playbook. The neighborhood nuance that only comes from working San Francisco and Marin County every single day.

We overthink it so you don’t have to.

Our clients in Parnassus Heights, Presidio Heights, The Richmond, Mill Valley, and across San Francisco + Marin County get to show up to the fun parts — the first walk-through, the offer acceptance, the keys-in-hand moment. The strategy, the stress, the late-night spreadsheets? That’s our job.

If you’re considering a move to San Francisco, relocating to Marin County, or finally ready to sell the home you’ve outgrown, this is what working with us looks like. Thoughtful. Intentional. Handled.

Whether you’re curious about the San Francisco real estate market, the best neighborhoods in Marin County, or what your home is actually worth in today’s market, let’s talk.

This might be the most common (and consequential) mistake homeowners make when they sell their home.

When you see a home thats been sitting on the market for months and wonder why? This is usually the reason.

Some sellers think that they’ll get a higher price on their home if they push it on price and list the home at that higher price.

Here’s some tough love for sellers (and I promise it’s said in kindness ❤️):
→ The real estate market (and buyers) do not care what you think your home is worth. They care what the 5 similar homes in the neighborhood sold for and how yours compares.
→ The market value of your home is not influenced by how much you need to sell your home for in order to break even or make a profit.

While these are real constraints sellers feel, it’s most important to price your home based on data, not feelings.

As an experienced real estate advisor, I’d be happy to help you consider the very best strategy for getting the most for your home.

I’m curious — when you’ve been a buyer and seen a home thats over priced, what was your reaction?

Selling your home in San Francisco and hoping to get multiple offers or — dare I say — a bidding war?

It’s not a matter of luck or chance. In fact, there’s a strategy we utilize that can work on any home or property.

Be sure to save this one to refer back to in the future. Send it to someone you know in San Francisco who is planning to sell their home.

If you’re selling your home in San Francisco, send us a DM and we’d be happy to discuss what this strategy might look like for you.
