A great opportunity awaits, we are looking for a full-time Real Estate Assistant to work in our dynamic SF office. You will be key part of an amazing real estate team and directly working with Betty. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, experience in a real estate office and a California real estate license. Our candidate is someone who is extremely personable, upbeat and thrives in a fast paced environment.
Role/Key Responsibilities:
1. Excellent management and maintenance of agents' calendar, meeting coordination/communication and arrange travel as needed.
2. Serve as a liaison and central point of information on behalf of agent for internal and external communications with the team, fellow agents and clients.
3. Oversee listing and escrow administrative duties - Prepare all documentation for listings (presentation, listing agreement & disclosure package) Escrow duties - Creation of Escrow timeline, following up on all deliverables, ensuring a smooth COE.
4. Assist in preparing a property for market by coordinating inspectors, stagers, photography, setting up showings and appointments.
5. Partner with team member to facilitate effective marketing for each property by printing statements/flyers, prepare ads for various publications and on-line platforms always meeting marketing deadlines.
6. Assist in preparing Buyer Packets/documentation.
7. File and database management within Outlook and physical hard copy files.
8. MLS management & research - entry of key data for listings, running comparative market analysis for Sellers & Buyers.
9. Answering phones, taking detailed messages, prioritizing and relaying important communication via phone and e-mail.
10. Facilitate client appreciation parties and programs.
11. Social Media - update and maintain social media presence for agent across various platforms.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. 2+ years of administrative experience, Real Estate experience is preferred.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Must be proficient in Outlook, Gmail, Word and Excel
5. Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information/situations with professionalism, patience, understanding and confidence.
6. Can be flexible with work schedule
7. Base knowledge of CAR and SFAR documents
8. California Real Estate License is preferred
