WITH over 30 years successfully developing residential real estate, Kevin has been a pioneering force of urban housing, from the docks of London to the hills of San Francisco. As a strategic value-add partner, Kevin has a life-long career of seeking real estate opportunities overlooked by others. SINCE relocating from London to San Francisco in 1995, Kevin has continued his passion to develop and evolve urban developments in the Bay Area, notably as Portfolio Manager at Kansai Development and as CEO at the pioneering development firm Holliday Development. DURING the economic downturn of 2008-2012, Kevin shifted his innovative focus into his real estate investment company, The Vibrant Group, to leverage the vast opportunities in the local foreclosure markets. With nearly $20MM of private equity investment capital, Kevin purchased 125 distressed single-family homes and led an investment program that included renovating each home for both buy-and-sell and buy-and-hold positions. Kevin continues to maintain his investment portfolio of over 30 single-family rental homes for future sale. IN 2013 Kevin joined Pacific Union International as a Luxury Property Specialist in order to provide his private investors and clients with exceptional real estate representation. As a long-term resident in San Francisco, Kevin has a deep and rich appreciation of the housing sub-markets throughout the Bay Area and has an extensive network of architects, builders and engineers that work with his clients. From sourcing the perfect home, to negotiating with agents, to meticulously managing the transactional process, Kevin has more real estate skill-sets on hand than most clients could ever expect from their realtor. With the acquisition of Pacific Union by Compass in the Fall of 2018, Kevin is now part of the fastest growing real estate brokerage in the country. Founded in NYC as a tech-based start up, Compass is now the largest brokerage in the Bay Area with over 35% market share.
