So thankful for this review and the trust my clients had in me. My clients, N+A, were looking to buy their son a condo as a gift for him getting into Med-school. Their son needed to be close to a UCSF hospital here in SF. We toured for one weekend and found β€œthe one” right next to Zuckerberg General in the coveted neighborhood of Potrero Hill! We came in with a cash offer and were able to close in 7 days, while also negotiating -$40k off of list price. It was a whirlwind of an escrow, but we got it done.

What a journey this one was! My clients E+D reached out in late July looking for a new place for their growing family. The baby was due in December so we figured we had plenty of time, right? Wrong! After about a month of touring, we located a property and got into contract by the end of August. This short sale took 8 months(!) to close due to countless unforeseen hurdles along the way. Well, the baby was born in December as expected and we were still in escrow, with no end in sight .🀯

Thankfully, E+D stayed steadfast through the process and had faith in me that we could get it done. I am so blessed to have helped them get a new home for their son/grandson. We were able to close in April and got quite the deal on this South City Condo! Shoutout to our lender for putting in overtime hours to ensure my clients were always ready to take on what came next.

No matter if it’s a quick close, or a long one, the most rewarding part of this job is doing right by my clients, no matter the circumstances. Beyond grateful to be able to grow in this career.
