So thankful for this review and the trust my clients had in me. My clients, N+A, were looking to buy their son a condo as a gift for him getting into Med-school. What a journey this one was! My clients E+D reached out in late July looking for a new place for their growing family. The baby was due in December so we figured we had plenty of time, right? Wrong! After about a month of touring, we located a property and got into contract by the end of August. This short sale took 8 months(!) to close due to countless unforeseen hurdles along the way. Well, the baby was born in December as expected and we were still in escrow, with no end in sight .🤯

Thankfully, E+D stayed steadfast through the process and had faith in me that we could get it done. I am so blessed to have helped them get a new home for their son/grandson. We were able to close in April and got quite the deal on this South City Condo! Shoutout to our lender for putting in overtime hours to ensure my clients were always ready to take on what came next.
