Being recognized in the top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the country is humbling — but honestly, what fills me up is the work itself. Getting to be part of one of the biggest decisions in someone’s life, and having them trust me with it, is something I never take for granted.
I came to real estate later than some, and I used to joke that I wished I’d started sooner. But I’ve stopped saying that. Every chapter before this one — raising a family, watching my kids grow up and leave, figuring out my own next chapter — made me better at this. When I sit across from a young family trying to find their first home, I’ve been there. When empty nesters are ready to right-size, I’m living it. And when someone’s just starting out and feeling overwhelmed? Let’s just say my protective instincts kick in.

We were so lucky that our seller had impeccable taste and style! The perfect buyer came along and we were in contract in less than 2 weeks. Congratulation to the lucky buyer and happy seller.
