In 2002, a few months before I was married, I realized I needed to find a profession that allowed for a flexible work schedule. I attended a real estate investment seminar and within a couple of years, purchased close to 50 properties in 5 different states. During the real estate crash, I assisted clients with acquiring properties at the foreclosure auctions and managed the renovations for them. Currently, I’m involved in multiple development projects ranging from interior remodels, garage additions, building expansions, new construction for single family, condos and mixed used buildings. As I was growing my business, I saw an opportunity to create a real estate company that could set a new standard in the industry. I identified the needs of an agent and understood the support a client expects and made that the mission of our company. At Sequoia, we provide a full support team for our agents to assist with their many tasks but more importantly, to ensure our clients’ needs are always met. We also have an extensive marketing plan, which includes complimentary design and staging services to maximize the sales price for our sellers. Real estate has become a big part of my life and I’m looking forward to the journey ahead. There will always be challenges, opportunities to grow, and ways to be more innovative. But since I am blessed with the support from my family, friends, colleagues and clients, I have the energy and confidence to continually strive to find new ways to assist my agents with their business and to ultimately provide the best service possible to our clients.
