It all started when I was in college browsing through Redfin. because it more interesting than coding Hello World. This frequent browsing, sometimes in class, helped me get a lay of the land from single family ho

mes to commercial real estate. This browsing did not stop even when I graduated with an engineering degree and a full-time job. While at the job I ended up doing the same thing I did in college, browsing Redfin! This browsing started turning into knowledge (hello 10,000 hours) that I started to spot deals, which led to my first multi-family purchase. From my first multi-family purchase I started building my network. How? Because a house needs contractors, realtors, property managers, and lenders. This network prevented me from making mistakes that were irreversible and destructive. Slowly after over a decade of compounding knowledge, people started to learn about me. People started to come to me on advice on what could be done to a house, which eventually became my first housing flipping partnership. The partnership was for a single-family home. We finished flipping in 6 months with the highest price per square feet in the area. Word spread once again, and other investors wanted a second look on their own real estate portfolio. Depending on the property it was sometimes better to sell, which I had a realtor to recommend. This began to my journey to become a person of value, a realtor. I could leverage the knowledge that has been built for over a decade in multiple faucets of real estate to help set expectations and market your home. It will be possible to look at the home from an investment and primary home standpoint.
