This is a sweet story....and congratulations to my wonderful Buyers, Lynn and Scott! There are times when you just know....the Universe is conspiring for your greater good, and this is one of those.

Lynn saw the property in the early Spring and knew it would be perfect for her family. As mountain bikers, kayakers and hikers, the Santa Venetia location close to China Camp was ideal. But circumstances at the time prevented them from buying until...it was confirmed that their special needs son would be attending school at St. Vincent's.

In a market like ours, it was unlikely the home would still be available 5 months later, but.....the silver lining to the slowing market....it was. We just closed escrow on this Marin Cove condo in San Rafael, essentially eliminating Lynn's daily commute from Sebastopol to San Rafael, to get Bobby to school.

Sometimes....rather, ALWAYS...It's a good practice to simply ALLOW things to unfold without pushing, and feeling pressured to do something out of the fear of missing out. The more we open and allow, the more we experience grace and ease. And couldn't we all use a little more of that?!
