On Sunday when doing an open house, an Asian face couple walking in and asking if they make an offer, can they cut buyer agents commission in their offer price?
In my mind the following picture showed ...
Do they know buyer agent and seller agent are two jobs? Even they hire one agent to do the job, the job is still two persons' job?
