I am an ex-Architect turned Realtor with invaluable knowledge of construction, home renovations and building permits. My family has an interior design firm in Europe and my in-laws are brokers in the Middle East. I love working with international investors on their multifamily goals. I am versed in Vaastu Shastra and Feng Shui, two ancient practices of arranging spaces to restore balance and bring

prosperity to its owners. I easily relate to young millenials and love to serve first-time homebuyers. I recently purchased my first Victorian-style house in the capital of Silicon Valley, San Jose. Having graduated from Carnegie Mellon and marrying my college sweetheart who works in the industry, I like to stay informed on PropTech and get involved in the tech community. (Besides real estate) I love gardening, DIY home projects, yoga and meditation, hiking and bouldering, joyriding through the Redwoods, and live music. Want to home search with me? 🎉🎉🎉 New Homeowner! 🎉🎉🎉

Whitney and I met at the Open House and immediately hit it off.

We had a quick turnaround for the offer deadline and I was so impressed by her determination — that's something we don't see often but it's absolutely necessary to win in our market.

She was diligent in reviewing all the disclosure documents w me, optimistic about the outcome, and so grateful to have the best team working for her.
..hands up 🙌🏼 one of my favorite people I've worked with...

And what about that smile during our Closing & Key Day photoshoot! I'll probably look at these whenever I'm having a stressful day hehehe

Show her some love! 🏠❤️

Can you guess what percentage of the wealthiest peoples' net worth is held in real estate?

First let's qualify them:

HNWI = High Net Worth Individual
(person with $1 million in assets)

UHNWI = Ultra High Net Worth Individual
(person with $30 million in assets)

In Silicon Valley, 1 in 727 people are UHNWI.

Here's the breakdown of their wealth:

32% = residential real estate
26% = stocks
21% = commercial real estate
15% = bonds and fixed income
6% = alternative investments and cash

That's right —

most of their wealth is parked in real estate.

And if it's good enough for the wealthiest, shouldn’t you get a piece of that pie too?

PS feel free to feast on this $12,980,000 (7 bed 6.5 bath and 8,570 sqft) estate with stunning architectural components shipped in from England, Italy, and France. It's one of the last greats in the Kennedy Estates area of Los Gatos, sitting on 10 acres of land with an 8-car garage, sports court, secret gardens, and a center pool courtyard perfect for entertainment & events.

Let's chat if you're ready to make real estate work for you.

By the time The Cautious were still planning and calculating the risks, The Go-Getters had already gotten hit with setbacks, learned their lessons, gotten over it (saw it's not as scary as it looks), and tried again.

For anyone standing on the sidelines of real estate —or any venture— get action oriented:

Don't wait for the "perfect moment;"

it seldom arrives.

The right time is often right now.

— Acting swiftly allows you to capitalize on opportunities before they're widely noticed.
— Each challenge overcome builds resilience.
— Real-world experiences teach lessons that hypothetical scenarios never could.

Once you start,

you realize it's not that hard.

Don't let your ambition die in the planning stage.

Here to help you take those first bold steps ⚡

Want to perform better at work?
Start practicing yoga.

Yoga teaches qualities that not only enhance our personal well-being but also translate into excellence in our professions.

— Balance

Just as we balance our bodies and minds on the mat, a yogi can juggle multiple tasks at work and prioritize correctly.

A great realtor balances client wishes with market demands.

— Focus

Yoga sharpens our focus, allowing us to pay attention to the smallest details.

For a realtor this means catching the nuances that can make or break a deal,

ensuring clients get the best outcome.

— Calmness

The tranquility found in yoga helps us stay poised in the face of challenges...

essential for navigating the emotional journey of buying and selling a home.

— Integrity

Yoga encourages us to practice with honesty about where we are in the process,

values that are also foundational for trust and transparency in real estate.

Get ahead of your competition instantly,

by knowing what sellers look for 👀🤫

There are 5 points of negotiation
in any real estate contract.

Most people only focus on 1:

the price.

To get your offer accepted at the best terms, you need an agent who knows what to ask of the seller's agent and HOW to ask it.

Real life example 👇🏼

I got my client's offer accepted but

we weren't the highest offer.

(we even asked the seller to pay the HOA's upcoming special assessment)

Your agent's relationships and reputation among their colleagues matters!

I'm offering strategy sessions where I reveal all 5 contract terms in order of importance AND how sellers rank the offers they receive. Simply DM me.

PS. Client Signing is one of my favorite days in my line of work. At this particular one, the notary was surprised to see me there (most agents skip it...)

The CONS of being a landlord:

⤷ plunging toilets
⤷ tenants not paying rent
⤷ answering 2am emergency calls

Is it worth it?

Abso-freakin-lutely.

Multiple streams of income via 'passive' real estate investing allows for:

⤷ vacations fully-paid by extra disposable income
⤷ passing wealth (stability) to your kiddos
⤷ retiring before 50, if you want

A 9-5 is great but won't free you.

Stop trading your time for more $$.

And make your $$ work harder for you.

DM me when you're ready & I'll hold your hand every step of the way so you don't "walk off the cliff." Investing outside the Bay Area? I can help with that too!

When I first transitioned from a stable career in architecture to the wild world of real estate,

my bank account suffered

but my happiness was off the charts 🚀

I was waking up earlier than ever before out of pure excitement for the day ahead.

(can't say the same about my prior 9-5 when I was dreading Mondays & living for the weekend)

--

Biggest lessons after 2 years:

1. Fulfillment > Finances

Yes, the financial aspect is important, but waking up excited about what you do is priceless.

And gives you a deeper, more enduring form of success.

2. Embrace the Learning Curve

Stepping into a new industry or starting your own business is daunting.

Treat every unknown and challenge as a growth opportunity.

(Even after you get good!)

3. Your Dream > Someone Else’s.

Entrepreneurship is the way to create and control your own luck.

--

Waiting for a sign to pursue your passion? Consider this it.

The path may be unpredictable, but
the rewards outweigh the risks.

To everyone on the cusp
of their next big move:

The time for us is now. ⚡

Don't just sit there!

Start investing with the leverage of OPM,

"other people's money."

Real estate investors use these strategies to
build wealth without tying up their own funds:

— Seller Financing
— Hard Money Loans

This way they lower personal exposure to pursue multiple or bigger deals, maximize their ROI, and gain hands-on experience without the financial commitment or traditional bank involvement.

Ready for a seat at the big table?

I'm giving away an email template for approaching hard money lenders to ask for capital. Sign up for my weekly newsletter in the comments.

DM me to discuss how you can start / expand your portfolio with minimal initial investment :)

Share this moment with us 🎉🎉
New homeowners on the block!!!

Lessons from the journey to this joy:

⤷ Patience pays off.

Don't ever settle, until you find "the" one.

⤷ When you find it, fight for it.

Offer terms that stand out amongst the competition.

⤷ Community matters.

You're becoming part of a neighborhood that will grow alongside you.

To my wonderful clients: congratulations on unlocking this new chapter!

And to everyone still on their path to ownership:

all that is meant for you will find you!!!

When you’re ready to start your own jo(urne)y, let’s chat. 🌈✨
