Red flags in a listing that most buyers scroll right past. 👀🏡

When you’re browsing homes online, don’t just look at the pretty photos. Pay attention to:

🚩 Multiple price reductions — could signal the home was initially overpriced or isn’t getting the expected interest.

🚩 Very few or vague listing details — important information may be missing or worth asking about.

🚩 A home sitting on the market for a long time — especially if similar homes nearby are selling faster.

🚩 “Motivated seller” language — it can be worth finding out why the seller is motivated.

🚩 Photos that don’t show certain areas — if you rarely see the garage, backyard, bathrooms, or other key spaces, there’s a reason to ask questions.

None of these automatically mean there’s something wrong with the property. They’re simply clues that deserve a closer look before you make a decision.
