Congratulations to our youngest client ever, Lily, on securing her new home in Milpitas! ๐ โจ
Our team met Lily at one of our open houses when she was 2 months old. We had a good conversation and we promised her to find her a new home before she gets on solids ๐ฅ ๐ซ ๐ญ
It was going to be a team effort because she had to convince her parents, Jonathan and Kailin, and her elder sister, Chloe, but we laid out a strategy and followed it ๐ช
Lily is now 5 months old and can proudly say she can start on solids soon at her big new home ๐ โจ
If you talk to her parents or elder sister, you might hear a different version of the story and we will let them take the credit for it ๐
