From Newark, California, AJ graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration focused on operational and supply chain management. He earned his degree while maintaining a full-time job and studying to become a real estate consultant. The experience brought out AJ's best qualities, and it taught him that hard work is a prerequisite to obtaining anything in life worth having. During previous careers in logistics and operational management and manufacturing and program engineering, AJ flourished under the technical nature of his jobs. He also proved his ability to work well with many personality types and transform connections into long-lasting relationships. AJ's business partner, Mitch, profoundly influenced his desire to pursue real estate. Mitch's Instagram stories showcased how he'd helped people achieve their homeownership goals and became something AJ longed to also do in a professional capacity. This career also allows AJ to continue his passion for building lifelong — even generational — relationships. His mission to help others is the real deal: With his surplus of hard work, integrity, and self-motivation, he aspires to guide as many people in his lifetime as he can toward accomplishing their dreams. Away from real estate, AJ enjoys cooking, barbecuing, and bonding with friends and family over good food and conversation. His family includes his dogs, who contribute greatly to AJ's life and happiness. AJ also makes time for his community by donating to those in need, whether it's groceries, food, holiday meals, or clothing and toys for children.
