🏡 MID-WEEK MARKET UPDATE | Santa Clara County 📊

Happy Wednesday! Here’s your weekly look at what’s happening with housing inventory across Santa Clara County.

🏠 Single-Family Homes
There are currently 1,913 total listings, with 1,339 active listings. Compared with last week, total inventory increased slightly from 1,894, while active inventory jumped from 1,222 to 1,339.

🏘️ Condos & Townhomes
There are currently 1,267 total listings, with 997 active listings. That’s also an increase from last week, when there were 1,239 total listings and 947 active.

📈 What does this mean?
Inventory moved up this week in both property categories, giving buyers a few more options to consider. For sellers, it’s another reminder that pricing, presentation, and a strong marketing strategy matter when competing for buyer attention.
