I helped Curtis purchase his first townhome in Sunnyvale, and now after getting married and starting a family, they were ready for more space and to be closer to family. ❤️

Funny enough, I hadn’t seen Curtis in a while until we randomly ran into each other at Costco! He mentioned they were going to tour homes that day. The very next day, they called me because they found the one! There were a lot of moving parts. They still owned their townhome, weren’t pre-approved, and wanted to buy before selling. I quickly connected them with a great lender partner who had the perfect loan product for them and within two days, we figured everything out, submitted an offer, and got the home! The moment I saw the square footage, layout, and list price, I knew this home was a great opportunity. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, over 2,000 sqft with a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. Even better, the home had been well maintained by the previous owner, so there wasn’t much work needed before moving in.

The home was listed at $1,600,000, while homes in this neighborhood were selling around $1,700,000 - $1,800,000. I told the buyers this house is a great deal and we need to go after it. And we made it even better. 🙌 We negotiated $50,000 below the asking price and purchased the home for $1,550,000!

How cool is it when a buyer tells you they found you through Gemini? That's exactly how Avirup and Rakasree found me. When we first met, they had recently gone through a disappointing experience with another Realtor. Understandably, they were cautious and it took time to earn their trust. Instead of rushing into a purchase, we took the time to explore different neighborhoods, home styles, and price points until they felt confident in every decision.

In just one month, we found the home that exceeded everything they were looking for, a brand-new construction home that checked all the boxes. What makes this purchase even more incredible is the deal we negotiated. The exact same floor plan, house and lot size, by the same builder, in the same neighborhood had previously sold for $2,825,000. We secured their home for $2,300,000, a difference of $525,000. Even the appraiser was surprised and questioned how we were able to get the home at such an incredible price.
