(TEAR JERKER ALERT!)

And SOLD! It was my duty and honor to help my clients sell their family home in Pacifica. They trusted me and their son to handle the remodel and close this chapter of their life to enjoy retirement.

After months of hard work, I staged the property for marketing and flew the owners in for one last look before selling. Of course, we also did one last gathering that night with some family and close friends to share more memories and say goodbye.

Now this is real life real estate/flipping and how I go Above and Beyond for my clients! It wasn't easy, but most definitely a lot of fun with a great outcome.

Thank you to "cousin" and Abstract Pixels for the great help and capturing the very emotional moments of the night.
