History
Established in 2008. Established from the need for better service for consumers in Real Estate Marlo made the commitment to become a full time REALTOR®. Marlo's approach to understanding his client's needs first, then educating, formulating a plan, and providing effective personalized strategies is his and client's key to success. He is one of the lead trainers and cofounder of the Buyers Learning Together workshop which has gained tremendous popularity among first time home buyers because of its effectiveness in helping buyers become home owners. Marlo's clients range from first time home buyers, move up buyers, empty nesters, investors, and seniors. The need of the clients has him doing business all over the bay area, but he mainly focuses in the South Bay. Marlo joined Equity One Real Estate as a founder member and with a selective team of 15 members is continuously working to change the way how real estate is done by elevating the level of service. Marlo known for his great smile and is a military Veteran, who served in the U.S Air Force for 12 years. His commitment to serve and protect his country has transferred over to serving his clients in Real Estate. He has built a business with a reputation for really caring for his clients. One of his best strengths is being resourceful and persistent to get the job done. Marlo believes in giving back to his profession and he has volunteered his time and skills as the Vice President of the Filipino American Real Estate Professional Association and has been a committee member for several committees in the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors. Through his participation in the associations it's also given him the opportunity to reach out and help people in the community. Outside of running his business Marlo is an entrepreneur, Avid Surfer, and Real Estate Investor. He resides in San Jose with his beautiful wife, three amazing children, and a wonderful dog named Mochi.
