I just closed Escrow and SOLD this really nice home in Paso Robles (San Luis Obispo County). Thanks much to my Client/Seller for the referral. With advising my client in creating a small budget to enhance the home, we were able to sell in about 40 days on the market. Selling in the Southern Central Coast is a bit different than selling homes in Silicon Valley. The processes are the same, but the pace is very, very different. One could say the pace is very, very SLO (as in San Luis Obispo)! But this helped me to learn patience, be intentional, go with the flow, and get to the finish line.
It's all good because my new colleagues that I met in this area were friendly, kind, and helpful. Sometimes, when an 'out of area' Realtor lists a home for sale, the local "Agents/Brokers" can be very territorial and stand offish! Not in this case. I had a positive sales experience!
