When I first met the seller in April 2025, she was facing significant physical and emotional distress. What followed was an unexpectedly long and challenging journey, but by working together and ensuring she didn't lose hope, we were able to free her from the financial stress and the difficulties of managing her rental property. Selling the home proved to be a complex process with many unpredictable factors. Initially, the presence of tenants in two units made showings difficult and a sale impossible. We decided to take the property off the market until the tenants vacated and then proceeded with some necessary updates. We finally relisted the home and, after the first open house in October 2025, we found a buyer who truly loved the property. Crucially, this buyer had the patience to navigate the obstacles that arose over the next four months, including the necessity for them to sell their own home before purchasing this one. Ultimately, all challenges were overcome, and we successfully closed the sale on January 27th. Seeing the successful sale of her rental property and helping to alleviate her financial burden was incredibly rewarding. Thank you for your confidence in my ability to manage complex situations smoothly and for acknowledging our effective communication. I'm thrilled to announce the successful closing for my clients, Erica and Chad! It was truly an adventure as they navigated the complexities of selling Erica's rental property while simultaneously purchasing their first home together. The buying process presented numerous significant hurdles that took a little over four months to overcome successfully. The sale of the rental property also had its share of tension, especially with tenants in place. After an initial offer fell through, we secured an even better deal: $16,000 over the asking price with no contingencies! I couldn't be prouder to see Erica and Chad so excited to embark on their next chapter in their new home. Congratulations and I look forward to working with you again in the future!
