Interest rates are at their lowest since January. In the Bay Area, you can likely get rates that are even lower than what is shown below. The housing market has slowed in many areas, making it a great time to buy.

You can refinance if rates go even lower, or get an adjustable rate mortgage and gamble that rates will go down.
