May 20 Is World Bee Day; On this day Anton Janša, the pioneer of beekeeping, was born in 1734. The purpose of the celebrating this day is to acknowledge the role of bees and other pollinators for the ecosystem.
Remember without bees we would not have yummy honey, flowers to enjoy or the wonderful fruits and vegetables we eat everyday.
