Tim Riley was born and raised on a family farm in Northern California, where a strong work ethic was ingrained in him from a young age. His introduction to real estate came early when he purchased a home while still attending his second year of college. After graduating from Cal Poly, he continued to study real estate and decided to dedicate a year to the field. In 1999, Tim completed his Bachelor
of Science in Agriculture Business with a concentration in Marketing. Tim is married to his lovely wife, Mary Ann, and together they are the proud parents of two wonderful boys, Tyler and Bryce. Tim’s clients appreciate his self-assured yet humble demeanor, free of arrogance or self-importance. He answers questions directly and can naturally put his clients at ease. His personal experiences as a real estate investor have provided him with a solid foundation of knowledge, allowing him to help his clients achieve their real estate goals, whether buying or selling a primary residence or expanding into the investment market. He stays current on industry trends and changes through continued education, earning additional real estate designations, including CRS, ABR, SRES, and GRI. His clients benefit from the valuable insights he offers based on his experiences. Tim is familiar with Central Coast and understands what to expect throughout all real estate transactions. He specializes in San Luis Obispo County and works with a balanced clientele of buyers, sellers, developers, and investors. Tim’s past accomplishments include several single-family homes, duplexes, and condo remodel projects throughout the county.
