Last minute showing cancellations on occupied properties are the worst 🫠

Zillow and Redfin agents are the biggest offenders. Nothing against them as agents, it's the nature of most of their leads and how showings are booked through their system.

We have to be diligent as listing agents!

And just like that, this beauty is officially off the market 💫

After a busy weekend of private showings and multiple offers, we were under contract in just 4 days. Even better, we achieved a 14 day close despite navigating a solar payoff. (IYKYK.)
