Adobe Realty

Adobe Realty Adobe Realty Today it is one of the city’s few remaining Spanish-era adobes. We own exclusive right to the use of the name Adobe Realty in California.

San Luis Obispo is the heart and soul of the Central Coast and Adobe RealtySM, one of San Luis Obispo's oldest real estate brokerages, is at the hub of its vibrant core in the historic Sauer-Adams Adobe, a Mission-era adobe originally built in 1800 and once part of Mission. We are a 30 year old family-owned real estate brokerage that actually began operation in 1979 as a United Farm office, the fi

rst real estate franchise in town. Adobe RealtySM covers all of San Luis Obispo County, and provides most real estate services, including sales of homes and land, income units, commercial property, business opportunities and condominiums. While much of our business comes from local referrals, we take special pleasure in sharing the SLO life with new arrivals. Walk in, call, or e-mail us today and we’ll share our enthusiasm and local knowledge with you. Call us locally at (805) 543-2693 or from out of the area on our toll free line, 1(800) 827-1434. Our e-mail is [email protected] and our home page is www.adoberealty.net, where you can view all listings in the local MLS. If we're out, you are welcome to try Alex on his cell: (805) 748-5952

The “SM” after our name stands for “Service Mark”, similar to a “Trade Mark”.

If you are interested in real estate in the San Luis Obispo area or have questions about the community or county, feel free to call broker Alex Gough at (805) 748-5952 or e-mail him at [email protected]. It's a great place with a beautiful setting, nice weather and reasonably close to Santa Barbara, Monterey, Los Angeles and San Francisco. It is, like most coastal communities in California between the two major cities, expensive. Another downside is that good paying jobs are not readily available. This makes it a more likely choice for those who are retired or have a career that allows them to live anywhere; also it can be a good place for small business if it's something we don't already have. For more insight, call Alex at (805) 543-2693 at Adobe Realty licensed California real estate broker 00709089 or e-mail me at [email protected]
