All the units have a fenced in large private patio. Lots of sunlight. Interior is open floor concept, kitchen living room with an upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Very charming and spacious bungalow. 12 minute walk to Cal Polly and a 10 minute drive to cuesta. Has polished concrete floors and mixed medium building materials. It’s an end unit with only one wall attached. Very clean, private and well-kept with laundry in the unit. Lots of outdoor living space with one side yard and one backyard. Rent includes all utilities paid except for power, 2 parking in spots and Wi-Fi. Pet friendly with workable lease lengths. We can do Zoom/FaceTime tours and are very flexible with our schedule.
