ublic relations, she moved to the real estate profession, combining the skills from her previous career and demonstrating her successful combination by quickly rising as a top producing agent within the first years in real estate. Nicole has been a licensed Realtor since 1990, beginning her career in Long Beach, CA, and moving to the central coast in 2000. As an investor herself, Nicole is well versed in the art of investing including obtaining the tax benefits associated with 1031 exchanges. As a member of the Multiple Listing Service and numerous other online and print resources, the properties she works with receive worldwide attention and activity. By using the internet to market and promote properties, Nicole gives buyers and sellers alike every possible venue for exposure.
