David is an area native, being born in Paso Robles in 1974, and Jennifer relocated from her hometown of Gothenburg, Nebraska in 1995. The Campas have a deep understanding of the Central Coast, from the vineyards of Paso Robles, to coastal communities such as Avila Beach and Los Osos, to the vibrant downtown of SLO. As one of SLO County’s most respected real estate teams, their success is built on

trust, communication, work ethic, expertise and strong negotiation skills. They have raised their two children on the Central Coast, who have both attended San Luis Obispo schools. Their oldest daughter is a graduate of Montana State University and currently resides in Big Sky, Montana. Their younger son is a graduate of Santa Clara University and now resides in the Bay Area. David and Jennifer also have an Australian Bernedoodle named Winston. Both Jennifer and David are members of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce and the San Luis Obispo Association of REALTORS®

⭐️SOLD⭐️ Big congratulations to our buyers on the purchase of their new San Luis Obispo home! This one is especially exciting as they make the move to the Central Coast as a new Cal Poly professor. We’re so grateful for all that the Cal Poly faculty and staff give back to our community and students.

One of the biggest priorities in the home search? Finding a place where they could easily walk or bike to the climbing gym. Safe to say… we nailed it. Wishing them many happy adventures and memories in SLO!
