• Challenger
• Pushmatic

Whether you’re buying or selling, some insurance carriers may have concerns about these panels and could require additional inspections, evaluations, or updates before issuing coverage. Requirements can vary depending on the insurer, property, and location.

For sellers, this may become a discussion point during the inspection or insurance process. For buyers, it’s worth understanding how an older electrical panel could affect timelines, costs, or insurance options before moving forward.

Our Monday Haven WIN meeting was packed with valuable information and great conversations!

We were excited to welcome Redline Forestry, who shared how they help homeowners in high fire-risk areas protect their insurability. Their comprehensive property assessments identify potential concerns that insurance companies may flag and provide recommendations to help homeowners maintain coverage and avoid increased insurance costs.

We also explored the lending world with insights from our finance professionals, who provided updates on current market conditions and financing opportunities. In addition, we received an update on the Mirabella Homes community and discussed several other topics impacting our local real estate market.

One of the greatest benefits of being part of Haven Properties is the commitment to education and collaboration. Real estate is constantly evolving, and understanding the perspectives of insurance professionals, lenders, builders, and other industry experts allows us to better serve our clients.

The fog drifting over Big Sur, charming streets in Carmel-by-the-Sea, quiet moments in Moss Landing, winding roads through Prunedale, a stop at El Torino, and the beautiful trails along Garrapata. Every corner feels a little different, but somehow they all carry the same calm coastal magic.
