Today we’re celebrating Athalia Sandoval & Ethel Rodriguez!
Athalia has been with Solidago since 2024 and was recently promoted to Community Manager at Redwood in December 2025. She joined the team as Assistant Community Manager and has quickly proven herself to be a determined, goal-driven leader with a strong desire to learn and grow. Athalia is a true asset to Solidago, and we’re excited to watch her continued success in this new role.
With three years in property management and over a year at Redwood, Athalia is passionate about building strong relationships and creating a community where people feel valued and at home. Stepping into leadership and earning her team’s trust is one of her proudest accomplishments—a true reflection of her work ethic and character.
Outside of work, she loves wellness, travel, and concerts. Born and raised in Southern California, Athalia also spent two years living in Japan. Described by her team as resilient, she brings strength and positivity to Redwood every day 💛

Today we would like to also proudly recognize Ethel Rodriguez, whose leadership, dedication, and results speak for themselves. With 8 years of experience, Ethel successfully completed her first full lease-up and was just recently promoted to lead the new lease-up at The Janson Apartments. Ethel's commitment to developing talent and empowering her team continues to make a lasting impact across our communities and we're thankful for what all she has and continues to contribute at Redwood Apts & wish her the best success at The Janson Apts.
