California government will soon allow you to share equity with them, BUT the HUGE catch is, for example, the requirement to qualify for a $626,000 Loan:

Current math - buyer would need $123,000 income for an FHA loan or $158,000 for a conventional loan.

Additionally, at 6-7%, the loan takes forever to amortize – though we're not yet sure of the numbers to come. If things go south, you'd give the home back.

HOWEVER, Covest Properties is 4% which equals fast re-pay, your equity will build way faster! Covest will help keep things afloat, and NO LOAN QUALIFYING. You won't be tied to uncle Sam, and what I do can be done NOW.

To be eligible for assistance, a family’s income must be at or below 80% of San Diego County’s area median income, which is currently $104,100 for a family of four!

If this is the case, the household can apply for a 3% interest, deferred-payment loan that would cover up to 22% of the purchase price, or a maximum loan of $120,000 to buy a single-family home, townhome or condo in Chula Vista.

The City of Chula Vista is relaunching a program to help low-income families purchase their first homes, the city announced in a press release Tuesday.
