A huge congratulations to our Client’s on selling their multi-unit AirBnB property. Not only was this their homestead, but it was an income producing asset. In order to get this deal closed, we carefully crafted Seller Financing terms that were beneficial to both our Clients and the Buyers. The inventory checklists for each home, multiple service providers, and careful timing were all important details that couldn’t be overlooked. Shalyn’s careful attention to EVERY detail made this transaction close without issue. The Seller’s maintained this property until the very end and delivered it in outstanding condition, a touch of class and display of sincerity. Congratulations to all.

I’m grateful to have received the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) yesterday in Boston. This has been years in the making and represents only the beginning of a journey for me and for Classen Realty Group.

The education component of getting to this point has been challenging and unlike anything I’ve ever done.

I’m excited to see the opportunities that will arise, connections and relationships that will be made, and the knowledge that will be applied to benefit my Clients, my Agents, and our Brokerage.
